Q. What is your return policy?
A. Since we offer non-tangible
irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped
(downloaded), which you are responsible for understanding upon
purchasing any article at our site.

of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept
payments from Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account please

Q. How do I
purchase a package?
A. You can purchase a package
by clicking on the "Buy Now" button located below each package.
Q. How long
will it take for my website to be completed?
A. For Custom
Website Packages, we estimate an average time frame of 4-7 days for a
website to be completed. Let us know your invitation send out date and
we will have the website up by that date (Please try and order custom
packages at least 10 days prior to sending out invitations). Upon
receiving your order, we will immediately contact you regarding your
wedding website completion date.
Q. What are
some of the features that can be included?
A. Some of the
features that can be included are directions to the wedding venues,
details for travelers, bride and groom photos, wedding party photos and
biographies, family photos and biographies, the story of how you met,
your engagement story, a personal welcome message, an online guestbook
that guests can sign, an online gift registry or links to where you are
registered, online RSVP form, contact information, the dinner menu, or any other feature

Q. Will there
be any advertising on my website?

Q. Do I need
my own Domain Name or Hosting Account?
A. Domain Name
-A domain name is the address that is type into the web browser (i.e.-
www.4thebride2be.com) in order to view a website. With a
purchase of a package, 4thebride2be.com will provide you with a
free domain name (i.e.- www.yourname.com) that you will
choose in the Special Comments section of the Paypal Check Out Form. If
you forget to enter this in, do not worry, we will contact you to obtain
the name of your choice and will check for availability. Your guests
will then simply type in www.yourname.com and they will be forwarded to
your website.
For Template
purchases, there will not be a free domain name included. Should you wish to have a domain name we can
provide you with this at $14.95 per year and hosting is an additional
$5.95 per month
Hosting Account - Hosting can
be purchased through 4TheBride2Be.com for only $35.00 USD for a 6 month
period. That is only $70.00 for one full year or $5.95/month.
Most companies charge up to 15.00/month for hosting!
Q. How long
will my website be on the web?
A. Your
website will be on the web for people to view for 6-24 months,
depending on which Wedding Website Package you purchase. You may also
purchase additional months of hosting. For more information please
visit our Packages.
Q. How will
my guests know about my wedding website?
A. The easiest
way to let your guests know about your wedding website is to include
your website address in your wedding invitations. You can also send out
e-mails to your guests announcing your wedding website.
Q. Can
I put pictures from after the wedding on the website?
A. Yes. After
the wedding you can add pictures to your website, such as wedding day
pictures, bachelor/bachelorette party pictures, honeymoon pictures, etc.
provided you have not extended the 12 or 24 month hosting period. Should you
wish to have additional hosting months you may select this option when
placing your order.
